Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets while promoting the Auto Pedigree brand and delivering excellent customer service.
Minimum Experience
- 2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven track record
- Relevant automotive or retail industry experience (advantageous)
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license with own transport
- Computer literacy
- Understanding of retail compliance (advantageous)
- Knowledge of local languages (advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of Auto Pedigree products and services (desirable)
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts
Key Responsibilities / Job Outputs
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong customer base
- Assist with showroom setup and vehicle displays
- Conduct test drives and ensure proper documentation
- Manage customer expectations and deliver quality service
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
- Negotiate deals and successfully close sales
