Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Front-End Development

  • Design and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and modern web design principles
  • Improve user experience and interface design for web and e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure websites are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for performance

CMS & E-Commerce Platform Management

  • Manage and update content on CMS and B2B e-commerce platforms
  • Support product visibility and digital engagement through effective content design
  • Maintain and optimize customer-facing digital platforms

Graphic Design & Digital Content Creation

  • Create engaging visual content to support online marketing and product promotion
  • Apply graphic design skills to enhance brand identity and user experience
  • Ensure consistency across all digital assets and platforms

Customer Portal & Digital Experience Management

  • Manage and maintain B2B customer portals and digital interfaces
  • Ensure smooth navigation, accessibility, and functionality
  • Support partner success through improved digital user journeys

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in web design, front-end development, or digital content design
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and web design principles
  • Experience managing CMS platforms and B2B e-commerce systems
  • Graphic design experience with a good understanding of visual communication
  • Proven experience working with customer portals or digital platforms
