Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed network design plans for 4G/5G and fiber deployments, ensuring alignment with capacity forecasts and coverage objectives.
- Conduct radio frequency (RF) analysis, drive‑test assessments, and performance modeling to optimize network parameters.
- Collaborate with RF engineers, construction teams, and external vendors to translate design specifications into actionable implementation plans.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, cost estimates, and project timelines for senior management review.
- Monitor network performance post‑deployment, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with national telecommunications regulations and industry standards throughout the planning process.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to support strategic initiatives such as network densification and spectrum refarming.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform planning decisions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with network planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, iBwave) and GIS mapping software.

Education

Minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience in network planning, design, or optimization within a telecommunications environment. Experience with 4G/5G rollout projects and fiber network design is highly preferred.
Salary
