Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed network design plans for 4G/5G and fiber deployments, ensuring alignment with capacity forecasts and coverage objectives.
• Conduct radio frequency (RF) analysis, drive‑test assessments, and performance modeling to optimize network parameters.
• Collaborate with RF engineers, construction teams, and external vendors to translate design specifications into actionable implementation plans.
