Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Development Manager to join our team in George, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sustainable development initiatives in the region, working closely with local stakeholders and partners to promote environmentally friendly practices and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. They will be passionate about environmental conservation, have excellent communication and project management skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sustainable development initiatives in the region, working closely with local stakeholders and partners
  • Develop and implement environmentally friendly policies and practices
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform sustainable development decisions
  • Collaborate with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable development

Required Skills

  • Strong background in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field
