Key Responsibilities
Front of House Duties
- Control access into the facility
- Provide clear communication and information to staff, members, and prospects
- Deliver a seamless member experience from entry to exit
- Follow operational standards, policies, and procedures
Member Engagement
- Deliver excellent customer service to improve member satisfaction and retention
- Drive digital engagement across platforms and promote online fitness offerings
- Build strong relationships with members
- Resolve complaints and handle member queries efficiently
- Encourage participation in club events and fitness initiatives

Member Floor Experience
- Promote safe exercise practices
- Ensure adherence to club rules and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the exercise floor
Training & Development
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Continuously develop personal and professional skills
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification
- Completion of Reception Academy
- Minimum 12 months experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of customer service and engagement
- Knowledge of digital platforms and fitness environments
- Ability to resolve customer queries effectively
- First Aid Level 1 certification
