Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

The Service Ambassador will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience throughout the club environment.

1. Conducting Front of House Duties

  • Control and manage access into the facility
  • Welcome members, visitors, and prospective clients professionally
  • Provide information to members and staff regarding club services and offerings
  • Ensure a smooth member journey from entry to exit
  • Follow company operational standards, administrative procedures, and club policies
  • Assist with reception-related tasks and front desk administration

Experience Requirements
