Key Job Responsibilities (JD)

The Agriland Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting sales growth and operational efficiency within assigned store sections.

Sales & Customer Service

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve store performance
  • Assist customers with selecting suitable agricultural products and retail items
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and customer care
  • Build positive relationships with customers and support repeat business
  • Promote products and provide product knowledge where required
  • Achieve section sales and profitability targets

Inventory & Store Management

  • Manage administration and inventory control within assigned sections
  • Monitor stock levels and support stock replenishment activities
  • Assist with merchandising and product displays
  • Ensure assigned departments remain organized and operational
  • Support store profitability through proper stock management and planning

Administration & Reporting
