Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the design and execution of comprehensive digital strategies for AWS’s enterprise customers in South Africa. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Deep expertise in cloud architecture, especially AWS services, with a proven track record of large‑scale migrations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
  • Project management proficiency, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with data analytics, AI/ML, and IoT integration is highly desirable.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Experience

Minimum of eight years of professional experience in digital transformation, cloud strategy, or enterprise architecture, with at least three years in a leadership or advisory capacity. Prior experience working with large South African enterprises or government entities is preferred.

Salary
