We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Manager to join our team in Richards Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our data centre, ensuring that all systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.

We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Manager to join our team in Richards Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our data centre, ensuring that all systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centre operations, with experience in managing teams and leading projects. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the data centre, including power, cooling, and security systems
- Leading a team of data centre technicians and engineers to ensure that all systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the data centre is running in accordance with industry best practices
- Collaborating with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are met
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the data centre, including power, cooling, and security systems
- Lead a team of data centre technicians and engineers to ensure that all systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently

- Ability to travel to other data centres and customer sites as required
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
