Responsible for coordinating and managing end-to-end logistics operations across maize, oilseeds and wheat commodity portfolios, ensuring the efficient movement, storage and administration of agricultural commodities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily shipment and transport logistics, including truck bookings, loading slots and delivery schedules.
Manage and monitor logistics activities to ensure deliveries are completed on schedule and contracts are accurately closed out.
Process and maintain accurate Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices, including SAFEX invoicing and commodity payments.
Maintain and update storage and seasonal storage rates to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Manage and maintain logistics, trade and compliance documentation, including commercial invoices, clearing documents, dispatch instructions and arrival notices.
Monitor stock levels, storage schedules and storage balances to support effective inventory control and minimise unnecessary storage costs.
Liaise with clients, transporters, suppliers and internal teams to resolve operational and invoice-related queries.
Capture, monitor and communicate receiver weight updates to customers and suppliers.
Manage an active portfolio of commodity contracts and ensure that relevant logistics requirements are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
Create and maintain Memorandums of Transport (MOT) and assist with the implementation of storage rates for weekly loading and truck-booking requirements.
Utilise Fusion ERP and Fusion Reports to maintain logistics information, support reporting and improve operational visibility.
Support accurate data management, reporting and administrative processes across the logistics and supply chain function.
Work collaboratively with stock, tracking, transport and commercial teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and efficient supply chain operations.
