Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical E-commerce UX Researcher to join our Product Design team in George. This role is critical to our success as we strive to optimize our mobile app and web interfaces to ensure a frictionless journey for every user. Education

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in User Experience Research are highly advantageous.

Experience

Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX research, specifically within a digital product or e-commerce environment. Proven experience in managing research projects from conception to completion is essential.
