Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic E-commerce Logistics Optimization Manager to join our growing operations team in Kimberley. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement optimization models for last-mile delivery routes to increase efficiency.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and distribution network.
- Collaborate with warehouse managers to streamline inventory movement and storage protocols.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery speed, cost per shipment, and error rates.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Implement new technologies and automation tools within the distribution centers.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and statistical modeling software.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful implementation.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required. A Master’s degree or professional certification in Six Sigma or Lean Management is highly advantageous.
Experience
Candidates must possess between 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, specifically within the e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors. Proven experience in process optimization and managing large-scale distribution networks is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The annual gross salary for this position ranges from SSP 550,000 to SSP 780,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This package is competitive and reflects the seniority of the role.
