Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and hydroelectric power plants
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential renewable energy opportunities
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
- 5-10 years of experience in renewable energy or a related field
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and hydroelectric power
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) is required for this position.
Experience
5-10 years of experience in renewable energy or a related field is required for this position.
Salary
The salary for this position is R 450,000 – R 700,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
