Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and test innovative construction materials (e.g., eco-cement, recycled aggregates).
- Collaborate with R&D teams to optimize material performance and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct lifecycle assessments to evaluate environmental impact of materials.
- Partner with suppliers to source sustainable raw materials.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to senior management.
Required Skills
- Expertise in materials science, polymer chemistry, or civil engineering.
