The Factory Manager will be responsible for:
Factory Operations Management
- Leading and overseeing all factory operations to ensure efficient production output.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

- Overseeing implementation of quality management procedures and continuous improvement systems.
- Maintaining compliance with workplace safety, operational standards, and manufacturing regulations.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Driving continuous improvement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Supporting lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing sustainable solutions.
